Most services are designed to provide the greatest benefits to you. To achieve that, I come to your location and work with you on your PrintSmith installation. That way I can interact with you and your staff to provide the best services. And this is the best way to utilize your time and money. However, each users needs are different, so please call or email me to discuss your firm's needs and how I can best help you achieve these.
I am available 7 days a week and on holidays. My rates do not change for weekends/holidays. Sometimes the best time to work on PrintSmith is after hours.
PUSH SUPPORT (PrintSmith Users' Support Hotline)
PUSH Support is a dedicated phone line that is open 24/7 and answered by myself. It gives PrintSmith users the ONLY avenue for round the clock technical support. All versions of PrintSmith are supported. There is a yearly fee; however, you can purchase a 6 month subscription. PUSH does not include any upgrades as these must be purchased through PrintSmith, PUSH is for support only.

I am an Independent PrintSmith Consultant for over 14 years. I am well versed in all parts of PrintSmith and have helped hundreds of users in 47 states, Canada, United Kingdom (UK) and The Bahamas. Prior to my PrintSmith work, I owned a multi-unit printing franchise for over 15 years. I have knowledge in accounting, operations, marketing and human resources as it pertains to the printing industry.
